Challenge

Fleet and driver behaviour data is only useful when it is turned into something a team can act on.

Objective

Build a reporting rhythm that surfaces safety trends clearly for both internal teams and clients.

Approach

Consolidate vehicle tracking and behaviour data, review trends against safety expectations, and report findings in a format that supports decisions.

Learnings
