Naomi Mwinsom Dery is a multidisciplinary professional with an academic background in Applied Geology and professional interests spanning project management, architectural design, HSEQ, engineering, technology and creative design.
She has experience working in HSEQ — including presentations, reporting, data analysis, safety communication, fleet and driver behaviour monitoring, and client reporting. That work taught her something she carries into every project: good outcomes are designed, not improvised.
She is also developing her project management career, and has been selected as a Project Manager Intern at LiveSpace Agency, an event management and bands management company, where planning, coordination and execution happen in real time.
Her career goal is to grow into a highly competent Engineering Project Manager, combining technical expertise with project planning, leadership, coordination, risk management, safety and design thinking.
